Q
:  When should I sign up for a sitting?
A:  Anytime but please schedule a sitting when you are free from any duties, exams or work.
Q:  Can I change my appointment once I have scheduled it?
A:  You may change your appointment but you will forfeit your non-refundable sitting fee.
Q:  Can I get a refund on my sitting fee if I cancel my appointment?
A:  Cancellation of an appointment will result in forfeit your non-refundable sitting fee.
Q:  Can I schedule my Ultimate or Deluxe sitting together with my Yearbook sitting?
A:  Senior Ultimate or Deluxe Sitting already include a free Year Book Sitting.  Hence, you save $25.
 YEARBOOK
Q:  When should I take my Yearbook Photo?
A:  Any time before your school yearbook deadline - the sooner the better. A rush fee will be applied if you need it within two weeks.
Q:  Can I take my Yearbook Photo and Senior Session together before the start of my senior year?
A:  Yes, you can.
Q:  What should I wear for my Yearbook Picture?
A:  You can wear whatever you'd like but we strongly recommend that you avoid wearing white tops.
Q:  Should I do my own makeup or is there someone available to do it?
A:  We recommend that you do your own makeup prior to arrival for your session.
Q:  Can I take my Yearbook Photo in September first and later set up my Senior Session (i.e. March)?
A:  Yes you can
Q:  As A MIRROR IMAGE REPRESENTATIVE,  can my clients and I come in together for our Yearbook Photos?
A: Yes, this is strongly recommended. You will put your clients at ease by coming with them to our studio!
Q:  How many outfits can I bring for my Yearbook Photo?
A:  Bring two of your favorite outfits.
Q:  How many Yearbook Photos do I get to choose from?
A: Generally you will have 10 to 20 images to choose from. We will work to ensure you are satisfied and happy with your photo.
Q:  Is there a touch up service available?
A: Yes, touch up service is available upon checking out on our ordering site. We strongly recommended this because your yearbook photo is for life!
Q: Can I purchase digital file of my Yearbook photo?
A: Yes you can.
 SITTING
Q:  What happens if it rains?
A: Welcome to Seattle! No need to worry; relax, have fun, and be assured you will have an enjoyed session. Regardless of the weather condition, you still have to come in for your appointment. We will start with your indoor session first and chances are weather conditions will improve.
Q:  Where do I change my outfits for the Outdoor Session?
A:  Our past experience indicates that public restroom are not a reliably clean place to change, therefore, all outfit changes are done in the privacy of the STUDIO's van, which has dark tinted windows.
Q:  Can I schedule my session during the weekend?
A:  Yes you can but a weekend fee will apply.
Q: Can my friends or parents come along for the session?
A: Upon approval, which is dependent on the number of clients traveling, all transportation fees must be paid in full and in advance of your session. These fees must be paid in studio and not online.
Q:  Where do we go for our outdoor photo session?
A:  We use locations from all over the Seattle, Bellevue, and Renton area.
Q:  When can I take my Cap and Gown picture?
A:  You can schedule your session when you receive your cap/gown (usually in May) or after your graduation.
Q:  Can I make a special request?
A:  Yes, be advised that all special requests must be approved by the photographer and a special request fee will apply.
Q:  Can I be photographed in my uniform (i.e. Cheer/Sports)?
A:  Yes, uniforms are in addition to the required outfits.
 ORDERING
 
Q:  When can I preview my pictures?
A:  Your pictures will be posted within 24-48 hours after your photo session and you can preview them online. If you do not have a computer, please notify the photographer and a preview time will be scheduled for you in the studio. Your photos will be posted online for 10 days. You will be required to pay a PREVIEW FEE™ of $25  in order to preview your images. PREVIEW FEE™ will be refunded you in FULL upon your purchase.
Q:  Do I have to pay in full upon the purchase of my package?
A:  Yes, all purchases online you must pay in full using any major credit card. If for some reason you must pay in cash, you can do so in the studio. Upon receiving your payment, we will issue you an online credit for you to complete your transaction.
Q:  When will I receive my pictures after placing an order?
A:  Normal processing time is 2 to 3 weeks. Your order can be delivered on a rush fee basis within 2 weeks if necessary.
Q:  Can you send my pictures to me by mail?
A:  Yes, all orders will be sent by mail. Average postal service is 2-3 days
Q:  How can I reorder more pictures?
A: Yes, you can reorder your pictures by contacting us. A $50 reorder preview fee is required to preview your images. The reorder preview fee will be credited in FULL upon your purchase. We do not guarantee the condition of your image file, hence, we recommend that you purchase all at once without delay.
